This position is responsible
for overseeing all aspects of the Food Service Department in the absence
of the Food Service Manager. They will ensure a clean and safe working
environment and that customer service is of the highest quality. They
will ensure all food service cases are stocked and clean during business
hours and will assist customers as needed. They will ensure proper rotation
and quality of product.

Requirements
Should have at least
2-4 years previous experience working in a Food Service department in
a grocery retail environment. Requires advanced knowledge of the food
service department categories including bakery, cheese and deli. Must
have advanced skills working with knives, slicers, scales and ovens. Requires
the highest level of customer service at all times. Must have the ability
to work in high volume conditions with excellent attention to detail.
Requires expert organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Should
have advanced knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
