Assistant Natural Living Manager

Responsibilities


This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Natural Living Department in the absence of the Natural Living Manager. They will maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure customer service is of the highest quality. They will monitor that all shelves are stocked and clean during business hours and will assist customers as needed offering knowledgeable information on all product lines. This position will assist in managing the Natural Living staff including hiring, training and coaching.
Position Requirements


Must have previous experience working with supplements and natural health products in a healthy grocery retail environment. Requires the highest level of customer service at all times. Must have the ability to work in high volume conditions with excellent attention to detail. Requires advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Should have basic knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
