This position is responsible
for ensuring the expedition of customer's sales transactions at the front
registers. They will manage and develop all aspects of the Front End Department
including developing and implementing proper training of all cashiers;
this includes hiring, coaching and conducting staff performance reviews.
They will ensure a clean and safe working environment and that customer
service is of the highest quality. This position will maintain constant
communication with the Store Director on all department issues as needed.

Requirements
Must have 2-3 years previous experience managing a Front End department
in a high-paced grocery retail environment. Requires the highest level
of customer service at all times. Must have the ability to work in high
volume conditions with excellent attention to detail. Requires expert
organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Should have expert
knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and the ScanMaster
software. Must have advanced knowledge of math and weights and measures.
