
Key Manager
The Key Manager will assist the Store Director with the overall operation
of the store
including measuring business trends, maximizing sales/profitability by developing
staff,
controlling expenses, shortages and all aspects of merchandising and inventory
control.
In addition to overall store operations, this position may also supervise
and manage a designated perishable or non-perishable department within the
store.
| Responsibilities |
| · Implement and maintain
outstanding customer service consistently. · Oversee all front end functions and assist when needed. · Plan and assign daily goals, tasks and assignments. Assure proper completion through follow-up. · Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentation, signing standards and monitor inventory levels. · Assist in monitoring sales and labor performance per shift and amend accordingly. · Management of all administrative tasks including receiving, invoicing, inventory and payroll. · Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures. · Recruit, train, develop and communicate with all staff as well as assess performance on a regular basis. · Any other duties as assigned by supervisor. · Strong communication skills to give clear and direct instruction or explanation to employees and/or customers. |
