Responsible
for the coordination, promotion
and execution of all designated states:
Store Events, Community Relations
Activities, Charitable Contributions, Store
Experience & Education and Grassroots
Marketing.
Recap, evaluate and measure the impact of
all marketing initiatives on a weekly basis
Coordinate all Store Events:
o Monthly scheduled corporate event
o Consumer education series
o Monthly calendar of events
o In-store Demo program
Community Relations Activities:
o Participate in local charity activities
o Represent SFM at local events
o Coordinate partnerships with local
organizations
Charitable
Contributions:
o Coordinate monthly donations
o Promote scrip program
o Solicit free product from vendors for
charitable events
o Develop in-store charitable giving
opportunities for SFM customers
Store Experience & Education:
o Ensure all corporate marketing
materials are displayed in a timely and
appropriate manner
o Decorate stores for all holidays and
special promotions
o Coordinate with stores to develop
specially themed displays
o Develop store specific promotions
Work on a grassroots level to promote SFM in
the community and with local media.

Strong computer
skills including
Microsoft Suite with strengths in Excel
and Publisher
Proven ability to see large projects
through, from the planning and
development stage to execution
Strong organizational, motivational and
communication skills
